Dakota who?
That’s probably what you’re gonna say in the next few years if Elle Fanning‘s star were to rise higher than her sister.
The 13-year-old Hollywood darling (when you appear at the Met Gala as Valentino’s special guest, you have arrived FYI) will appear on Marie Claire’s July issue clad in sartorial outfits from the likes of Dior, LV and Lanvin – to name a few.
(She’d probably say: “I got a lot more where that came from.”)
Future possibilities of diva-ism will most probably not happen, judging by how Elle keeps talking in hurried sentences with a lot of “Wow!”s in between. She reveals how “incredible” it was to meet Beyonce and Alexa Chung, the latter whom she says is her style icon.
She says: “I love clothes. I always look at runway shows online and know all of the models. I think it was passed down to my sister and me from my mom. She always loved dressing us when we were little. The best part of my day is picking out my outfit. I love looking through my closet and putting things together.”
On her elder sister Dakota Fanning, she says: ”It’s going to be really weird when my sister goes to college. I mean, we definitely fight — we’re sisters. But she’s my only sibling, so it’ll be sad.”
Well, let’s hope Elle’s star only goes up from here! This is one stylemeister we’ve gotta keep a close eye on. Bring on the Oscars red carept already!
